Israeli police ran over a Palestinian anti-occupation protester – then fled the scene
A tow truck escorted by a police vehicle hit Haj Suleiman Hathaleen, an older anti-occupation activist, in the South Hebron Hills. Both Israeli vehicles fled without summoning assistance for the fearless protester, who now in vegetative state
